Moving with an upgrade

Well, Chad W. Smith is moving. Here in a month or so, I'll be loading up my furniture and heading to parts unknown. It is time to upgrade some of my stuff. I'm looking at bedroom sets, home office furniture, and maybe even getting a sectional sofa or something cool like that. I kind of like the idea of a storage bed.

I think it is time to upgrade because most of my furniture is either hand-me-downs or stuff that I've had since I was a kid. It's time for some new furniture. I'd like a big old King size bed. Something with plenty of room. Leather furniture is very nice as well. I'd like a really nice recliner. Something with a cup holder. Yes. That's the ticket, a recliner with a cup holder. I'd like some ergonomic office furniture as well. Something like an adjustable desk and an adjustable chair. I'd like something along the lines of a stand-up chair. It's kind of like you are kneeling, and you can stand or sit back and the chair and desk move with you. I doubt very much that I will get something like that, though. It's quite expensive, and I'm not sure that I would actually like it. But the idea is very cool.

What I really need, though, is a bunch of bookshelves. I need a library full of bookshelves. I have so many books, it's crazy. Especially since I rarely read. But if I am going to go through the trouble of moving, I really need to grow up a little bit and get rid of all these milk crates that I have now. That's not really the mark of a professional, you know? I've been out of college for a while. It's time to grow up.
