Not the job for me

My wife used to work for a commercial collection agency and, let me tell you, it's not an easy job. People have some serious sob stories. She didn't work there long, and it was before we started dating, so I wasn't there through it, but, from what she says, it's not the kind of job you want to have unless you are really thick skinned. People make you feel like your destroying their lives. So, on the one hand, your heart goes out to them, and on the other hand - they hate you and cuss you out, so it's like you lose, emotionally, either way.
