Lay aside the weight

If you've ever watched any of my YouTube videos, or seen a picture of me, you can easily tell that I could stand to go on some kind of diet. I have, in the past year, lost over 30 pounds, but I've still got some ways to go.

The way I lost the weight that I did lose was by cutting carbohydrates. A lot. As close to zero carbs as I could get. That worked, but it was difficult. And that was for about 3 or 4 months. I've also cut back on the Diet Cokes. I used to drink 6 - 12 cans (or equivalents) a day. Now, I may get one when we go to a restaurant. Now, it's coffee (still addicted to caffeine, you see), and water.
