Kill the Creepy Crawlies

I saw some rotted out word under my deck, which is currently being rebuilt, and the wood wasn't a part of the house anymore - but it got me to thinking about the cost of termite control. I don't want the wood in my home to end up looking like that old waste material under my new deck.
