Brighten up those dark spaces

Our kitchen only has one light. So it's either pitch dark or flooded with light. And what's worse is with only one light source, shadows are pretty much a permenate feature. That's why I'd like to install some track lighting in the house to give it a warm glow, lighten up those dark areas, and give light were it is needed most. And all this while lowering electricity usage! It's a Good Thing (TM)!
