Memory Walk needs Captians!

Have you ever volunteered or given to a fund raising walk before? They are a good way to raise money, because you aren't just going around collecting donations - you're taking the time and making the effort to walk a given distance for the cause.

The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk is America's biggest event to raise awareness and money for Alzheimer's related causes. It is held every year in hundreds of places throughout the nation. The Memory Walk
is an inspiring event in which volunteers of all ages to become champions in the fight against Alzheimer's.

The Memory Walk started in 1989. Since that time, it has raised over $225 million for Alzheimer care, support and research.

According to Wikipedia, Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disease that, in its most common form, is found in people over age 65. Approximately 24 million people worldwide are living with Alzheimer’s. That would be equal to about 8% of the population of the United States!

Can you help them in this year's event? Team captains for the Memory Walk are needed right now! They need Team Captains to sign up early so they can ensure that they have enough time to recruit a team for the walk.
