Kids sued by RIAA seek to rope KaZaA, AOL into P2P lawsuit

Although Patti Santangelo came out on top in the lawsuit filed against her by the RIAA, two of her children remain embroiled in a legal fight against the music industry. Her kids, Michelle and Robert Santangelo, are now trying to bring Sharman Networks—creators of KaZaA—and AOL, the Santangelos' ISP at the time of the alleged infringement.
