Always be careful
If there are still pictures of me floating around the Internet, (and I'm sure that there are - check YouTube), it is painfully clear that I need to go on a diet. I already lost more than 30 pounds on a version of the Mayo Clinic diet. But I still have about 50 more to go before I can be considered healthy. There are plenty of options out there. Shake based diets, meal-replacing bar based diets, liquid diets, pill based diets, etc. I think the best kind of diet is the one that works for you. Always consult a physician before starting any change of diet plan. You should also research online so you can communicate intelligently with your doctor when you talk about adjusting your diet.
