Capella University is an accredited, online university. It has over 19,000 students. The school is releasing an educational podcast that they are calling the Inside Online Education podcast. This podcast is an interview with Carla Chladek. Carla is a PhD student at capella university. The interview concerns her work as Program Manager for the Joint Staff Training Program at the Pentagon. This Capella student ensures that the training needs are met for the 2,000 military members who support the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
