It's good to stay in touch

The most important person to any business is the customer. This is true even in businesses that do not realize it. In order to succeed in any business you must be meeting a consumer's need - even if that need is something you created in the consumer, (ie making them want something that they didn't know they couldn't live without). Relating properly to your customers is vital to any business. People have even created specialized software to help in this process. It's called Customer Relations Management, or simply crm. It's also called Sales Lead Management, or Lead Management, or Consumer Relations. But whatever title you give it - it is something you must be constantly working to improve in order to succeed.
