Check your facts

To meet your customers' needs, you must know what they are. And to find that out, the best source of information is a little bit of market research. Is it better to open early, or stay open later? Do you need a toll-free number, or are all of your customers local? Would it be a good idea to lower prices, or can the market bear a higher fee than what you are currently charging? These questions can only be answered through research.
