Google takes down Legal Video in favor of Media Companies

An EFF Lawyer posted a clip to YouTube recently, it was taken down but she filed a counter claim to get it back which was successful. Now it's taken down again, and in her interpretation of the law, Google and the NFL are ignoring the DMCA law in favor of squashing legitimate clips.
