Big, big US Senate vote looming on Net Neutrality

The US Senate Commerce Committee plans to begin on Thursday afternoon what is likely to turn into many hours of debate on a broad, contentious communications bill. The bill also tackles other hot-button issues such as municipal networks, broadband subsidies and the broadcast flag.
