Microsoft knows Windows and Office won't grow their company

With 80 - 95% of the market share of desktop operating systems and office suites, and that number failing everyday, there isn't much room for growth for the multi-billion dollar company. Office and Windows are Redmond's cash cow, but this cow can't give much more milk than it already is - especially when MS keeps delaying new releases.
